Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

- Products purchased during sale events unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return

- Attach photos of the product for quicker processing if it is defective or damaged.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.
Refunds

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
