Eligibility for Returns

  2. Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
    • Products purchased during sale events unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Attach photos of the product for quicker processing if it is defective or damaged.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be initiated upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.
    • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  2. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
